Bra Fitting: If you require bras, get a proper bra fitting at a store, turns out I was very much wearing the wrong size in every way and I have a confidence boost now that I learned how a bra works, at the age of 32.
Omg yes to all of these. I love Soma bras in the US (I also went to get measured and realized I was wearing the wrong size the whole time. Also, "sister sizes" are a thing??? who knew).
I got the Brick too and it's been soooo helpful, especially with doomscrolling before bed and after waking up. I have it set on a schedule to automatically block apps during the night and unlocking at a certain time in the morning.
And I love the dish soap thing but for my shower!! I just keep one in my shower filled with soapy water so I can clean my shower as needed while I'm in it.
